Under the leadership of our After Sales manager Matthew Tilsley, himself a time served and qualified BMW technician, we have 6 BMW trained technicians and 2 valeter / drivers. We can promise quality workmanship, a professional approach and short lead-times.
We like to think we offer our bike customers an equal and in fact even more personal service than our BMW car customers enjoy. Everyone in NOG bike department is a biker themselves, and ride everyday.
For servicing, we can usually accommodate you within a few days notice and you will be offered a loan bike whenever you are in, or collection and delivery service at a cost. If you are thinking of upgrading your bike and would like to try a new demonstrator bike instead, please let us know and we will arrange it for you.
We enjoy modern, comfortable premises and if you would prefer to wait for your bike to be serviced we can offer you a dedicated customer waiting area, with freshly ground coffee made for you to enjoy with a biscuit or two! |

For parts and accessories we stock the full range of BMW Rider Equipment, including helmets, jackets, trousers, gloves and boots. All the BMW technical clothing such as heated waistcoats, phase change technology under garments, and base layer clothing are here together with T shirts and other regular items.
We are stockists and installers for Autocom, together with Laser, Remus and Akrapovic exhaust systems. If touring is your thing we have all the BMW panniers and topboxes, tankbags and rucksacks to suit all models. Our Parts Manager Barry Archer can also demonstrate the latest BMW Sat-nav systems, which combine many more features than you get on the cheaper types, with full waterproofing and bluetooth capability. |
