Be careful of the speed cameras along this stretch of road. Leave the A34 at the 'Pear Tree Interchange' signposted OXFORD, LONDON, CHELTENHAM. At the bottom of the slip road you will see a Holiday Inn on your left hand side and some Services. From the South-East - M40 Northbound - If you are in a car follow instructions above. However,by bike leave at Junction 8 and follow the ring road for approximately 5 miles passing the Park and Ride on your left and then arriving at the large Headington roundabout with a McDonalds on your left. Here you need to take the third exit and continue following the ring road. Go straight on at the first small roundabout you come to and within 1 mile you will approach the Wolvercote Roundabout where you will see the BP Petrol station and North Oxford Garage premises. From the South - get to the M4 and leave at junction 13 heading north on the A34. Stay on this dual carriageway for about 20 miles passing Didcot and Abingdon. Leave at the Pear Tree Interchange junction which will be signposted Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Cheltenham.
